What is The Bailey Support?

The Bailey Support is a space built around resilience, recovery, and second chances. I share my journey through the Fall From Grace podcast, and I also offer one-on-one support, coaching, and community spaces for people looking to rebuild and grow.

How do I book a session?

You can book directly through the Lets Connect page. Just select the type of session that suits you, choose a time, and you’ll get an instant confirmation email.

Are the Intro Sessions free?

Yes. Intro Sessions are a no-pressure way to connect and see if we’re a good fit to work together.

What’s the difference between coaching and counselling?

Coaching is about setting goals, building accountability, and creating change in your day-to-day life.

Counselling goes deeper, looking at patterns, challenges, and ways to heal and move forward.

Depending on your needs, we might focus more on one or blend both approaches.

Where do sessions take place?

Most sessions are held online via Zoom. This means you can connect from anywhere. For people local to Melbourne, in-person options may be available on request.

Can I be a guest on the Fall From Grace podcast?

Yes! If you have a story of resilience, recovery, or a personal comeback, I’d love to hear from you. Use the Let’s Connect page to reach out with a short description of your story.

Do you offer group programs or memberships?

Not yet — but new services are coming soon. You can join the newsletter to be the first to know when group programs, memberships, or community events launch.

Is everything confidential?

Absolutely. Anything shared in sessions stays private and confidential, unless there’s a legal or safety reason I’m required to act on.
