Practical. Person-Centred. Built on Lived Experience.
Navigating the NDIS can feel overwhelming.
Plans, providers, budgets, reviews, service agreements - it’s a lot.
Support Coordination is about helping you make sense of your plan, connect with the right supports, and build the confidence to move forward independently.
At The Bailey Support, I work alongside participants and families to turn plans into action - with clarity, transparency and genuine care.
What Is Support Coordination?
Support Coordination helps you:
Understand your NDIS Plan
Connect with the right service providers
Build capacity to manage your supports
Strengthen your independence
Prepare for plan reviews
Solve problems when services break down
It’s not just about linking services.
It’s about building confidence, skills, and momentum.
