Practical. Person-Centred. Built on Lived Experience.

Navigating the NDIS can feel overwhelming.

Plans, providers, budgets, reviews, service agreements - it’s a lot.

Support Coordination is about helping you make sense of your plan, connect with the right supports, and build the confidence to move forward independently.

At The Bailey Support, I work alongside participants and families to turn plans into action - with clarity, transparency and genuine care.

What Is Support Coordination?

Support Coordination helps you:

  • Understand your NDIS Plan

  • Connect with the right service providers

  • Build capacity to manage your supports

  • Strengthen your independence

  • Prepare for plan reviews

  • Solve problems when services break down

It’s not just about linking services.

It’s about building confidence, skills, and momentum.
